What the Customer is Responsible For
• Ensuring the vehicle and its specification meet your needs.
• Understanding the lease terms and financial commitments.
• Returning the vehicle at the end of the agreement.
• Maintaining the vehicle and staying within the agreed mileage.
What the Broker is Not Responsible For
• Delivery delays or related costs.
• Maintenance, servicing, repairs, or warranty issues.
• Ensuring vehicle return or mileage compliance.
• Providing tax advice – customers should consult a professional.
